Kitchen Ventilation Projects (KVP) offers the following products and services, ensuring compliance to the latest BESA DW/172 Specification. Every enquiry received is considered equally as important, regardless of the size of project.
Our scope of works includes the following products/services:
- Complimentary site survey, quotation, design, supply, and installation of commercial kitchen ventilation systems.
- Supply and installation of canopy only - stainless steel extract only, supply/extract canopies to include wall mounted, island mounted.
- Stainless steel condense and dishwasher type canopies.
- Separate heated supply air systems including stainless steel supply air pods.
Kitchen Ventilation Solutions
Noise Control Products – ductwork attenuators and noise control products such as acoustic fan housings.
Odour Control products – to comply with odour control assessment and can include pleated panel, bag filtration, carbon filtration systems, odour neutralisers, UV, and ESP systems.
Service distribution units - provided with removable panels for fit-out by M&E services.
Stainless steel wall cladding.
Fans and fan speed controllers (autotransformer type, electronic type and 1-PH to 3-PH or pure 3-PH inverters).
Supply of for fitting by others of gas interlocking systems (fan power sensor type).
Ancillary products such as baffle filters, odour control filters, access doors and other ventilation related spares.
Survey, testing, and assessment of new and existing kitchen ventilation systems to confirm compliance with BESA DW/172 and/or BS6173.
System Design Service – we offer a design only service for new systems for planning purposes.
