Hospitality Kitchen Systems

Pubs and Restaurants

Whether for a one-off end user or multi-outlet client, KVP has a thorough knowledge of the typical kitchen ventilation requirements for bars and restaurants.

Depending upon the cooking type and amount of covers, a typical system can include stainless steel wall cladding, a wall pattern supply and extract canopy with associated ductwork and fans.

There is usually a requirement for odour and noise control, which can include pre-filtration along with options to include carbon filtration, an UV ozone unit and/or one or more electrostatic precipitators.

Noise control can include inlet and outlet attenuators, in conjunction with fan acoustic chambers to help reduce the overall noise emissions.

Pubs and Restaurant KVP Projects

Often the project is expected to be handed over within a tight timeframe to allow the client to open for business in a swift manner.

KVP has a great level of experience of all the common factors associated with bar/restaurant kitchen ventilation and has built-up close working relationships with the differing types of clients.

We have undertaken projects for multi-outlet clients on new installations recently in the East Midlands, Oxfordshire, Dorset, London, Wiltshire.
