Working in conjunction with catering equipment providers and local council authorities, KVP can provide a full kitchen ventilation solution within the education sector.
A typical installation can include an island pattern supply and extract canopy, associated service distribution unit, heated supply air and a condense canopy situated over the dishwasher.
Heated supply air options can include a gas-powered external air handling unit, a duct-mounted electrical heater battery, or a duct-mounted LPHW heating coil. The supply ductwork is provided insulated from the heating element option onwards.

The system is usually controlled by a bespoke controls panel to incorporate gas interlocking, dirty filter indicator, fans speed control and user heat adjustment of the preferred heating option.
